At RelaXstart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our premium subscription services.

2. Digital Products

Our premium subscriptions are digital products that provide immediate access to enhanced features and services upon purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first subscription with RelaXstart
  • You have not extensively used premium features
3.2 Pro-Rated Refund (7-30 Days)

Between 7 and 30 days after purchase, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on:

  • The unused portion of your subscription
  • Your usage of premium features
  • Administrative processing fees may apply
3.3 No Refund

Refunds are generally not available:

  • After 30 days from purchase
  • For subscription renewals (you can cancel to prevent future charges)
  • If your account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • For partial months on monthly subscriptions

Equity-Based Services

Services provided in exchange for equity are governed by specific Partnership Agreements. Once operational services have commenced, the associated equity transfer is considered non-refundable and fully earned. This Refund Policy applies only to paid premium subscription services.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Provide your transaction ID or receipt

We will respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Refund: Returns payment and immediately revokes premium access

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard without needing to contact support.

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevented service access
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
