The Research and Innovation Foundation's IRIS Portal is Cyprus's online platform for accessing research funding opportunities, submitting grant proposals, and managing funded projects focused on technological development and innovation. The portal serves as the central hub for researchers and innovators to engage with RIF's programmes, receive updates, and access support services throughout the funding lifecycle.

Through the IRIS Portal, interested parties may register and access the Research and Innovation Foundation’s (RIF) online services, mainly related to the information on funding opportunities, the submission of proposals, the management of funded projects implemented in the frame of the RIF’s Programmes for Technological Development and Innovation and the receipt of information, updates and support regarding RIF’s activities.
