Jemison Alexander is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in pre-seed, seed, and Series A companies with at least one female founder. The fund focuses on backing diverse founders and creating opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem. Their mission centers on building an inclusive future where all founders have equal access to capital and resources.

We're building the world in which we want to see our kids grow. A world where they're free to be curious and dream and experiment and feel. We back early-stage companies (pre-seed, seed, series A) with at least one founder who identifies as female. Our typical first check size is $250k-$500k. We back companies who, when they win their markets, will be a force for good in this world. We invest in US-based companies across all sectors, but have a specific interest in digital health, enterprise SaaS, consumer, fintech, and climate.
