Hilltop Venture Capital is a newly created impact venture firm focused on investing in early-stage companies founded and led by minority and female entrepreneurs. We believe investment capital can be a catalyst of transformation that positively impacts the financial, racial, and gender disparities across our urban and other underserved communities. We relentlessly pursue startups within these markets where traditional investors have been either the government or philanthropy – often overlooked by conventional investors and intensified by demographic trends. We identify these high-potential leaders and accelerate their success through equity investments, strategic market access, and a data-driven growth model.
