Forschungsprämie

The Forschungsprämie is an Austrian grant program that provides companies with a 14% research premium on their total annual research and experimental development expenditures. The funding supports both in-house research activities and externally commissioned research projects. This tax-based incentive helps Austrian businesses offset the costs of innovation and R&D investments.

Companies can receive a research premium for research and experimental development expenditures in the amount of can claim a research premium amounting to 14 percent of the total research expenditure in a of the total research expenditure in a fiscal year. Both in-house research and commissioned research are eligible for the

research as well as commissioned research.
