Femture Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in companies founded, led, or managed by women and diverse management teams in Europe. The firm addresses the underrepresentation of women-led businesses in traditional investment portfolios, which currently comprise less than 1% of European VC portfolios. Femture Capital also offers MicroFemture, a specialized credit model designed to support low-income women entrepreneurs and female micro-businesses.

We support companies that are being managed, led or established by women. This is very rare in the investment business. Even companies managed by a diverse management team are traditionally underserved by existing investors, and represent less than 1% of the current portfolios in Europe. But – as we are very social responsible ourselves, we had to do more! So we have created a new credit model for women: MicroFemture for Female MicroBusinesses! MicroFemture In order for more low-income women to have access to financial products than ever before, we have created MicroFemture, specifically designed for the unique needs of these women. At MircroFemture we lent small loans (between 500€ – 5.000€) at very low interest (only to cover our costs) to woman with microbusinesses or plans for microbusinesses.
