ESF Plus - Förderung von Technologiegründungsstipendien provides seed-stage funding for innovative technology start-ups in the Free State of Saxony, Germany. The program supports individuals or teams of up to three people, including students, university graduates, vocational academy graduates, and scientific staff from universities or research institutions who have residence in Saxony. Applicants must not have founded their company at the time of application but must establish it within six months of approval.

Supports innovative start-up projects founded in the Free State of Saxony, Open to individuals or teams (max 3). Students, university graduates, graduates from vocational academies, scientific staff at universities, vocational academies/ research institutions, or former scientific staff with main or secondary residence in the Free State of Saxony. The company must not have been founded at the time the application is submitted but must be founded within six months of the start of the approval period, The approval period is a maximum of one year and the amount of the scholarship is based on the graduation of the founder; from 1.000 to 3.000 Euros per month
