ENEA Tech is an Italian foundation supervised by MISE that invests in innovative and emerging technologies of national strategic interest through its Technology Transfer Fund. The foundation provides grants and loans to research institutions, universities, entrepreneurs, startups, and innovative SMEs operating in Deep Tech, Healthcare, Green, Energy & Circular Economy, and Information Technology sectors.

The best projects are financed through intervention instruments such as equity, quasi-equity, convertibles, grants and purchase contracts, with convertible options.
