The AMR Action Fund is a US-based venture capital fund focused on investing in biotechnology companies developing new antibiotics and treatments to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The fund brings together leading biopharmaceutical companies and organizations to provide capital and support for innovative antimicrobial therapeutics development. Through strategic investments, the AMR Action Fund aims to bring 2-4 new antibiotics to patients by 2030 to address the growing global health threat of drug-resistant infections.
